The on-campus housing lottery is now closed and our room block is full, but there are still hotel options available. The University is also offering shuttle service and ride-share vouchers for select hotels to make getting to campus a little easier.

Hotels Shuttles + Lyft Vouchers

Hotel Shuttles
Over 15 area hotels will run hourly shuttle loops to campus:

  • Thursday: 4:00 p.m.–3:00 a.m.

  • Friday & Saturday: 8:00 a.m.–3:00 a.m.

Real-time shuttle tracking will be available.

Lyft Vouchers
Select hotels will offer complimentary Lyft credits — up to $20 each way.

On-Campus Rooms

All on-campus rooms have been assigned.

What’s in Your Room?

  • Bed only - no linens, pillows, or towels included

  • All beds are XL twins (push doubles together for a king sheet)

  • Sheets and towels are available at the U-Store

  • Sleeping bags are welcome


Check-In & Key Pick-Up

  • Registration opens: Thursday, May 22 at 12 p.m.

  • HQ tent: New South

  • A student crew member will give you your dorm assignment and key.

  • Lost key? See the on-site student crew - unfortunately, Julia can’t help 🙂


Room Assignments

  • Everyone has either their requested roommate(s) or a single—no strangers.

  • The University counts a quad as two doubles; you may share a common room or bathroom with another double.

  • Exact dorm numbers will be provided at check-in.

  • All rooms are in Whitman College.


Waitlist

If you no longer need your bed, let Julia know so she can accommodate someone on the waitlist.
